Returns

A Twist In Style has a 30 Day Refund or Exchange policy on all products excluding "Barbie" and work wear.

Work wear has a 7 day policy from delivery.

"Barbie" has a no return or exchange policy.

We are happy to exchange if the wrong size has been purchased. New products will be sent out to you as soon as the returned product has arrived to us or if the product is out of stock then it will be sent as soon as new stock arrives.

Refunds are only available if the product purchased is faulty and the product must be returned for a full refund.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the cost of the customer.
